To apply for Faeriesty Rewards Points, you need to create a store account. Once you have done it, you can participate in all actions prepared for you to earn points. You can find the "Rewards" icon at the bottom sticky menu in the mobile version and at the right-side sticky bar in the PC version.

You can check your points balance by logging into your Faeriesty account and clicking on "Rewards". You can spend your points by clicking on the “Rewards” tab where you will see the list of all discounts you can redeem your points for. Every 100 points equals $1. You can use the points to deduct up to 100% of the total amount of products when you place your order. Note that this function will be active only when the balance is over 100 points.

Please be aware that Faeriesty Points will expire in 365 days. You will be informed 30 days before your points get expired. If your points expired before being used, they will be deleted from your account. If you need to return Faeriesty points, please contact their customer service.

Faeriesty has a 30-day return policy. If you're not satisfied with the items you received, you can contact them within 30 days from the date of receiving the item(s) except for Non-Returnable items. If you have received defective, damaged, or incorrect product, you should contact customer service immediately with proof of pictures. They do not provide return labels and customers are responsible for covering shipping costs to return. They do not allow order cancellations or order edits including address changes once the order has been placed. They do not offer exchanges but welcome you to return your item(s) by mail in accordance with their Return Policy and repurchase any available item(s) on their site with your store credit. Original Shipping costs are not included in the store credit. They only offer store credit for all returned items. You will receive your store credit via email. They do not issue refunds to the original method of payment. Shipping costs are not included in the store credit and will not be refunded. Once your return has been delivered to Faeriesty, please allow 1-2 business days for your return to be processed and receive your store credit.

As for their shipping policy, customers will receive the order within 3-8 business days from the date of purchase. Business days do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or US Holidays.
